Enjoy and relax with the whole family at this peaceful 4-bedroom double storey holiday home to live alongside the famous Waterford Valley Golf Course. Whether a short getaway or extended stay, this house delivers a homely experience for all guests, with space to unwind and entertain.
The house is equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short- or long-term stays.
The entry floor with bamboo flooring and good sources of natural sunlight for the open dining and kitchen area. Well equipped with stone benches, stainless steel cooking appliances.
The bedrooms are generously sized, with four bedrooms on the upper floor, the glamorous master has built-in robes and ensuite with bath, other three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Clean and fresh linens are provided to ensure your utmost comfort.
To the rear of the property is a lock up carport plus side gate access to the rear yard.
Other Features: Fast check-in/out, a laundry, ducted heating/cooling, 65'' TV, towels and bed linen, pillows and blankets, highchair, free unlimited Wi-Fi and free parking.
It is ideally located on the doorstep of a championship Waterford Valley Golf Course and moments from Knox Park ovals, extensive recreational facilities, Ferny Creek bike and walking trail, Knox Athletic and BMX tracks. Near Mountain Gate shops, Westfield Knox Shopping Centre, Stud Park Shopping Centre, local schools plus the convenience of EastLink Freeway.

• Please pull the garbage bins out to the nature strip near the kerb by the night before collection day (details of bin collection will be stated at the property).
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9 pm and before 8am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability with prior consent from us and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
* Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
