Discover this apartment for 4 people max on the ground floor combining modern equipment and comfort of traditional wooden chalets. Take advantage of the easy access to the slopes (via the Chamois cable car, behind the church) and the heart of Megève which are 400 meters away on foot. Apartment of 45 m2 completely renovated in 2020 with every comfort - living room with fireplace - open fitted kitchen with dishwasher - dining room for 4 people - bathroom with WC shower and bath - bedroom with a large double bed in a cozy style - flat screen and WiFi. You can enjoy the sun on the property's grounds, which are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The residence is fenced and has free private parking (first come first serve). Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, low allergen environment, accessible to people with reduced mobility (ground floor) and animals are not allowed.

Great stay

Everything about the house and owner/host is great - We love Megève and can stay there again - the only thing to comment is the physical location of the house. It’s right by the major road and there is always noise of the cars - we are from new york and used to this - for anyone looking for a complete quiet, it’s not the place. Lucas and Corinne are great hosts!

Lovely apartment close to centre

Nicely decorated clean apartment, very close to centre of Megeve, perfect for a car free stay as Chamois ski lift and testaurants are all walking distance. We (2 adults and 2 boys) came to ski for a week in February. Very good value for money. The owner seems very nice and forthcoming, we communicated via text messages. We arrived late and left early so did not meet the managing agent. Would have given 5 stars for everything if it hadn’t been for the fact that the agent was not responding at times.

Petit appartement avec salle de sejour et cuisine integree, salle de bains et une chambre. Vraiment juste mais suffisant pour accueillir 3-4 personnes. A deux pas du centre ville de Megeve, est sans doute son meilleur atout.

Environnement passable,intérieur confortable

La décoration soignée, avec goût,l'équipement et le confort de l'appartement sont appréciables. Cependant la description de l'annonce n'est pas complètement conforme. La résidence n'est pas entièrement clôturée, en fait de parking privatif il s'agit d'une place le long du chalet,sur le trottoir, le long d'une route principale, quand il y a de la place, (tout le monde ne respecte pas le panneau réservé) d'où déception de notre part, nous recherchions un logement avec parking privé sécurisé. L'environnement est bruyant (hors saison c'est peut-être mieux). Le jardin est sur le côté du logement, on ne le voit pas depuis l'intérieur. Il est noté un lit double 150x200 en fait c'est un lit 2 personnes 140x190 Baignoire ET douche: NON, baignoire avec pare douche. C'est dommage que le descriptif ne soit pas fidèle à la réalité. Les photos de l'intérieur produisent leur plus bel effet.

Presque parfait

Le logement est en tout points fidèle à l'annonce et aux photos, tout confort, très bien équipé et à proximité du centre-ville. Le seul petit bémol est la proximité de la nationale et donc le bruit (contenu) des véhicules circulant sur la route. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Petit plus pour M. Echaudemaison qui nous a accueillis sur place avec tous ses bons conseils.

Appartement chaleureux et bien situé .

Tres joli petit appartement, idéalement situé ( 5 mn à pied des télécabines du chamois et du centre ville) et très bien équipé . Le petit feu de cheminée était très apppreciable le soir après nos longues ballades en raquettes . La personne qui s ‘ occupe de l appartement est disponible , sympathique et nous a tres bien accueilli nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir .Me Guedon .

Appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel. Il est situé tout proche du centre parfait pour débuter les balades ou se rendre dans Megève. Le fait qu il soit en rez de jardin est très agréable pour l'été profiter de l extérieur (table et barbecue). Il doit également être très chaleureux l hiver. A recommander.

Emplacement, accueil et disponibilité au top

Nous avons passé une semaine en couple réservée au dernier moment dans cet appartement. Réponse rapide et accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire ainsi que du service de conciergerie. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques pas du centre du village et des remontées mécaniques du Chamois. L’appartement est parfaitement entretenu, avec une décoration soignée et cocooning. Il est très bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement ce logement. Merci pour tout et a bientôt.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. La literie est de qualité, la cuisine est bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable. Pas de nuisance sonore ni de difficulté pour se garer. L'appartement est idéalement placé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville avec un accès facile aux pistes grâce aux navettes dont le plus proche arrêt est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement sans réserve.
