It was a no show disaster. The host cancelled the propert the day we booked and paid the deposit. He said he would refund us. We also had to pay the rest to Arbritel. He said he would refund all. He has not done so. 240€> We are very very eworried Judy Kennedy

Grosse surprise à l'arrivée !
Le canapé lit annoncé dans le salon est inexistant , et les 2 lits de 1 personne de la chambre 2 se sont transformés en un lit 2 pers ! Bref une galère à gérer lorsque vous arrivez ! Attention pour ceux qui ont habitude aux location tout inclus ici pas de Draps, pas de linge de toilette, pas de torchons bref un budget revu sérieusement à la hausse ! Une fois oublié tous ces désagréments qui plombent un peu les vacances , l'endroit est sympa et le chalet assez joli. Pour ceux qui souffrent de la chaleur ce n'est peux-etre pas le bon choix ....

Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! Le chalet est très spacieux, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires, la propriété est superbe, au calme, la piscine au top, les propriétaires disponibles et réactifs (petit souci avec le frigo à notre arrivée solutionné très rapidement). Bref excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Suite à une hospitalisation en urgence et ne pouvant plus annuler suite délai trop court j'ai voulu reporter le séjour en octobre mais la validation n'a pas été confirmée par le propriétaire.

Rapport qualité prix zero
On a due prendre contact avec le propiètaire le jour d'arrivé pour obtenir la clé et l'adresse. Clé chez une dame dans le village sans indication de l'adresse de la personne. Il faisait pas un mouvement pour donner plus d'information concernant le location de la maison. La maison n'était pas propre, plein nids de poussière, surtout dans la cuisine, les casserolles était salle avec de la moississure dedans. Ainsi que quelques assiettes sales avec des restes de nourriture. Et surtout pendant tout notre jéjours une odeur des égouts à l'interieur, on a du lasser ouvert les fenêtres pendant la nuit. Quand on est parti, nous ons a du laissez un message au propriètere ou ce qu'il pouvait retrouver la clef de la maison. Conclusion : on a payeé beaucoup trop d'argent pour cette maison. (on a preuve avec photos)

La parenthèse verte
Nous avons passe un excellent week-end dans notre chalet. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très agréables et l'accueil et les conseils de nos hôtes furent très chaleureux. Le chalet est conforme à la description. Nos deux chiens ont pu profité du magnifique terrain clôturé tout en respectant l'espace du propriétaire. La période est calme mais nous avons pu effectuer quelques randos et visiter des villages à proximité. Quasiment aucune voiture ne passe devant la maison, c'est un lieu où il fait bon se ressourcer et où le silence met en lumière les attraits de la nature environnante. Nous conseillons fortement cette location !

Superbe location de qualité
Location tout confort et très bien équipée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région de l'Armagnac et les beaux villages du Gers. On a l'impression d'arriver dans une maison de famille très chaleureuse.

Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et le charme de l'endroit, tant intérieur qu'extérieur, ainsi que le confort général. Par ailleurs, nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter avec les propriétaires, excessivement sympathiques, ainsi qu'avec les personnes s'occupant de la réception et de l'entretien.
