Bright and modern, with new flooring, a contemporary kitchen, and bathroom. Located in a peaceful neighborhood near hospitals, shopping, and The HUB Rec Center.

Living Room: Cozy seating with a small electric fireplace for ambiance.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully updated kitchen with adjacent dining area.

Home Office: Large eastern-facing window provides natural light for work.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed + TV

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (convertible to a queen with provided bedding) + TV

Outdoors: Private space with seating and propane grill

GUEST ACCESS
Full private use of the bungalow. Garage, basement, and one owner’s closet remain locked.
Entrance is at the back of the house, leading into the laundry room; four steps up into the kitchen, then a single-level layout.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Pet Policy: One dog (max 25 lbs). Must be reported; $100 per pet per stay.
