Superb Sea Views from your Braai and Patio area and breath-taking Sea views from the Swimming Pool area with just a stroll across the road to the beach. Casa Del Sol is a garden complex situated in a secluded part of Margate yet walking distance to the Town Centre. Margate Main Beach, Fishing Pier, and Tidal Pool. The complex is fenced with a remote gate and access gate to the Beach. Small pet allowed with permission. A closed garage is included for one vehicle.
