GROUND FLOOR: Features a spacious living room with digital TV, dining table, and sofa (sofa bed). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen. A large outdoor patio overlooks the private garden, offering an ideal space to relax outdoors.
FIRST FLOOR: Includes 2 double bedrooms, each with a balcony or terrace, and a separate shared bathroom.
Villa Iconi is located on a quiet street, close to recreational facilities, restaurants, and a local grocery store. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Porto Torchio and the lake shore or beach.
Guest access: The entire villa and garden are at your disposal.
Other things to note: The villa is a perfect base for visiting the beautiful "Isola San Biagio," also known as "Rabbit Island," ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing.
If needed, heating is provided by a wood-burning system.
