Nestled in the picturesque area of Palaiokastro, Villa Paris is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom villa with a capacity to accommodate up to six guests. Boasting a spacious 200 sqm interior, this fully equipped and comfortable villa offers stunning views of the surrounding area and the sea. Located just a short drive from the capital town of Crete , Heraklion, the villa provides the perfect blend of serene village charm and easy access to the local beach and taverns which are within a fifteen minutes walk .Heraklion international Airport is a convenient eighteen km from the property, making Villa Paris a great base for exploring the island.



Entering the villa on the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and an airy, sunlit open-plan living space. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area with a TV set, a dining table for six and the fully equipped modern kitchen invites you to prepare and enjoy traditional Cretan meals. The kitchen is outfitted with all essentials, including an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more. Sliding glass doors connect the living space to the large veranda with an outside dining table and the pool area seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Furthermore on this level there is a WC.



Ascending to the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower/WC , opening to a beautiful balcony with great views and two more twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) with balconies , sharing a shower/WC. All bedrooms are airconditioned and have a TV. At the lowest level of the villa there is a spacious room with small gym and an extra shower/WC.



Villa Paris has a nice spacious outdoor area .The private 21 sqm swimming pool, with a depth of 1.50 m, is the centerpiece of the terrace. Guests can enjoy sun loungers and umbrellas, the barbecue area and outdoor dining table for up to six make alfresco dining under the stars an unforgettable experience. A gated entrance and on-site parking enhance privacy and security.



Villa Paris location offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience. Daily amenities and sandy beaches are just a short walk away, while the villa’s proximity to Heraklion City provides easy access to vibrant nightlife, historic sites, and family-friendly attractions. For larger groups next to villa Paris is the identical villa Nikos and under in the same building two more studios.

Great stay

The house was specious and in a nice location with a great view on the mountain The house was not kid-friendly at all. The kids chair which we requested was not there and when we asked the owner he said it wasn's possible to provide one. Besides that, the stairs did not have a railing and the pool could not be closed off which could be dangerous with kids.
