Juan de Austria Duplex Penthouse

'JUAN DE AUSTRIA' Duplex Penthouse is a brand new, superior apartment located in the heart of Malaga city. It features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Situated in a brand new building, it boasts a private terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.



It's a second-floor apartment with an elevator, and it's laid out in a duplex style. The lower level has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double). Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, and access to a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge area.



It has an elevator, internet access (WIFI), central heating and air conditioning, and a Smart TV.



Comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, located in the city center of Malaga, with good access by public transport and car.
