Other highlights
- In-person check-in; please provide your estimated arrival time so we can send someone to greet you. You’ll find a set of keys inside the apartment. Please take good care of them and don’t lose them. If they are lost, an EMERGENCY locksmith will have to be called, and the guest will be responsible for the locksmith’s fees!- Please treat the home as if it were your own; BEFORE YOU LEAVE, make sure to turn off THE LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING, AND HEATING.
- Before arriving at the apartment, you must complete the registration process via a link that will be sent to your email by the check-in company to fulfil the police registration requirement mandated by law, and you must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
- The apartment may only be occupied by the individuals registered and confirmed in the official reservation. Only registered guests will have access to the apartment, unless the owner is notified in advance.
- Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum in the building’s common areas between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Parties and excessive noise are prohibited.
- If guests fail to comply with these rules or the owner receives a complaint from a neighbour, guests must leave the apartment immediately and will not be allowed to stay for the remainder of their reservation, nor will they be entitled to a refund.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you arrive between 21:00-23:00, an additional fee of 30€ will be charged in cash and must be paid to the person who reciba.Si. If you arrive later than 23:00, the additional charge will be 50€, also payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment.- Check-out must be before 11:00 a.m. If you are late, you will be charged an 80€ surcharge to cover the inconvenience this causes the cleaning company.
- Likewise, we ask guests NOT TO SMOKE inside the apartment. If this rule is not followed, a penalty of 200€ will be applied.
- We recommend that upon arrival at the apartment, you inspect it and report any SIGNIFICANT damage you notice to avoid misunderstandings and ensure you are not charged unfairly later. You can send us a photo to document any issues and avoid confusion at the end of your stay.
- PLEASE do not leave trash in the apartment. Trash must be disposed of after 8:00 p.m. in the street bins.
- Do not stain the towels, bedding, pillows, blankets, etc. If stains from makeup, shoe polish, hair dye, or any other type of product are found, you will be charged per item (for example: €10 per small towel and €15 per large towel).
- Please do not put the towels in the washing machine, as they are sent to a special laundry service.
- Thank you for airing out the apartment for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these rules.
