Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a Pop Mart and Cafe Kitsune too which was bonus for me. The onsen suite we had was really nice.

Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

新酒店嘗新，不似預期
專門多花錢幾百蚊訂了風呂房，但是房間在隱私程度極差，朋友都不敢泡。房間偏細佈局不合理。酒店送的飲料一般，完全不想飲。同等價錢我會選擇其他酒店
