In the heart of the Guadet vineyards, this 7-bedroom house is ideally located for direct access to the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, where you can enjoy the local culture, visit the castles and taste the region's wines

On the ground floor, the house includes
* a very bright open kitchen (kitchen equipment: refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, stove, kettle), access to the barn
* a laundry room with WC (equipped with a washing machine).,

* a bedroom with a double bed 160 with access to the first floor staircase.

On the second floor, 3 bedrooms
* a bedroom with two single beds and 2 guest beds below,

The barn:

On the ground floor, the barn includes
* a large kitchen - open dining room (kitchen equipment: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, grill -bread, oven, hob, kettle),
* a large living room with TV and tasting corner.

On the second floor, 3 bedrooms
* a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and bathroom,
* a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a toilet,
* a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathtub and a bathroom.

Fully enclosed private garden with jacuzzi, sun loungers, dining table and chairs and barbecue.

The house and grounds are for the exclusive use of vacationers.

==> Private parking is available in front of the house.
==> The house has been completely renovated and remains relatively cool in summer (air conditioning is only provided in the barn kitchen and living room).
==> The property is full of beautiful historic features such as art deco fire dogs in the house's dining room, Saint-Émilion wine presses and a magnificent spiral staircase. The main entrance doors were installed at St Pancras Station and Ely Parish Church in Cambridgeshire before being shipped to France.

Late arrivals and departures are possible for an additional fee.
When you arrive, you will find everything you need to start your vacation off right: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and sponges, etc.
Household linen (bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.) is included.
A cleaning fee of €450 is charged at the time of booking. However, to facilitate changes, we ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and that furniture is returned to its place on arrival. Trash cans should also be emptied and refrigerators emptied. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition, guests will have a portion of their deposit deducted to cover additional cleaning costs at the rate of €35/hour.
