Truly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home away from home with service second to none. This heritage hotel is unique bringing back the old Lucknow charm and culture. Extremely pleasant surroundings with well kept courtyards and terraces. Dining hall provided delicious Mughalai cuisine and experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel with an old world feel
Great little charming hotel perfectly positioned in the centre of Lucknow making it a perfect place to stay for a short sightseeing break. Bed linens need updating as they’re a little well worn and the pool area definitely needs some money spending on it.
Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure.

We stayed two nights and unfortunately we got a very bad room for the first night... It didn't match with the room we booked
However they were very responsive and helpful and they gave us a better room for the second night.

It was a nice character property, in need of some attention. In rooms safes didn’t work and room smelt very strongly of moth balls or something similar which was suffocating. Had to sleep with window open to dilute it part way of the night. Staff were very friendly.
Really comfortable stay in a beautifully restored heritage property - evocative of Lucknowi culture in every way, the wide verandahs, birdsong and fountains in the courtyards, even a wishing well. Great food, sumptuous breakfast, attentive service - especially Kapil Yadav and others. Highly recommended- clean, super bathrooms , hot shower

Basic 3 Star Property Pretending to be 4 Star
This is a 3 star property masquerading as a 4 star hotel. The prices are 4 star hotel prices, but that is absolutely not the quality one receives here. Hotel staff (with the exception of the door/bellmen staff) are absolutely hapless - they have very little interest in or caring for the guests, which compliments their inexperience and ineffectiveness. Soiled linens (table cloths) in the hotel's signature restaurant. Front desk staff that have no interest whatsoever in being genuinely helpful to guests. In the middle of India's winter, rooms without heating (they have to bring in little portable heaters to the rooms). Restaurant staff that are incapable of taking and delivering a correct order. The problems were numerous. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.
Very nice two-night stay in a small and welcoming hotel, great staff (Duty Manager Prashant Paul, Front Office Manager Shariq Khan, and driver Neeraj) for whom nothing was too much trouble, good food (we had both dinner and breakfast), and a good location for seeing Lucknow. Would certainly stay there again if we ever go back to Lucknow.
Lebua Lucknow was a pleasant surprise with lovely spacious and comfortable rooms, an interesting _haveli_ to saunter around in, great breakfast options and less stiff than the standard 5-stars.
Would go back again at the first opportunity, for pleasure or business. They had a beautiful wishing well and a lush palm tree right outside my room, with cosy verandahs and settees as well as a courtyard with wrought iron chairs to soak in the breeze in an atmosphere from the times long gone...
Lovely heritage property. Comfortable room. Delightful staff. Good food.

Lovely property with tiny rooms
A beautiful and small boutique property with mostly small rooms. Upside is good service, good food etc. But watch out for the tiny rooms which are the standard offering here and are apparently more than half the hotel. The one we got was on the ground floor, around the central courtyard, without a window unless we count the one which opens into the verandah/ passage and compromises your privacy. Lovely property but tiny rooms.

The door locks are vintage and Cant be operated by old people. The painting of ths walls r peeling or yellowing or bloating in many places. There is no bathtub in succch a big bathroom. The breakfast was same constant for 3 days no change ever.
But it is very quiet in a noisy and otherwise polluted city.it has beautiful vintage feel .loved it
It's very nice hotel. With peaceful location and really something different thn other 4-5 star hotel. Must visit here if want some peace and want to try something different.
My stay was very brief, reaching late in the night and leaving early in the morning right after an early breakfast. So cannot give a wholesome review. Its a converted sort of heritage hotel, located centrally so basically everything is in place. The only part I found it to be a little short was on the readiness on comfort. Lucknow was extremely humid the time I reached there and was on the hotter side, however the air-conditioning was not on (as is the normal practice) and it took a long time to get it going. I intended to sleep immediately but could not do so cause of the same reason. Otherwise it was an okay stay.
