The condo offers in this platform ad, ONE BEDROOM for two guests; Depending on your needs we offer a King size bedroom, with access to the balcony, which is perfect for the enjoyment of couples!

OR

If you are traveling with a friend and each need their own bed, we offer a TWIN SIZE BEDROOM (Does not have ocean view)

Either bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and closet, if you have any specific question let us know.

Alta Vista Condo offers a quiet, fresh air, birds singing, mountain blue bay. The condo is decorated with marine life details, modern and colorful Mexican touch.

Peaceful for those who enjoy the relaxation time, privacy on the second floor away from other guest using the common areas. The complex offer stairs and an elevator, common pool grill, bathrooms. The views from there are incredible as well!

Enjoy local community life, just eight minutes walking to town going down the hill, five minutes driving to historic downtown and marina. We have good tips of where to park if you have a rental.

Condo was spotless and well provisioned. Off the beaten path but close enough to access downtown activities. Had no problem getting Ubers wherever and whenever we needed one. Restaurant suggestions were spot on. Left my phone and host returned it promptly!

Beautiful view and central location
The property was overall was very good! Short drive to downtown Cabo. The view was a amazing . The balcony was very nice , were able to open up the blinds and enjoy the view of downtown and the marina. Pool was cleaned daily and well kept , refreshing to sip into on a hot sunny day. Great amount of space for 3-4 people! There were a few things that could be improved like the beds were a little u comfortable, maybe having some sort of memory foam or cushions added, especially to the two smaller beds. We also had a few noisy neighbors below us and to the side who I believed where also just visiting , so definitely not the owners fault in anyway. But overall the property was pretty quiet and peaceful place to go after adventures in Cabo! Andy was very informative and helped with directions and recommendations for the visit!

Libertad was a great location, close enough for short walk to marina and beach and away for peace and quite in eve. The property manager Ady was amazing knew all the places to go and made arrangements for some excursions, was a great help.

New condo with beautiful view a short walk from the heart of Cabo
Really enjoyed this nice, clean, new condo away from the tourist scene. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Beautiful view of the city and Pacific Ocean. 15-20 minute walk to downtown Cabo - condo is up a fairly steep hill, but most of the walk is flat. Ady was wonderful to work with and very helpful and accomodating. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great location
Loved this condo, it was up the hill from the marina therefore, no noise at night. Easy walk from the condo to the marina. The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, kitchen rolls, laundry detergent and snacks for the family. The neighborhood was safe with access controlled by a code. Best part of renting this condo was the host Ady. She went out of her way to ensure everything on our vacation happened smoothly. She booked trips for us and was always available to answer any questions we had. Ady brought over a cheese cake for my birthday. I can't find a fault with this condo. Expect to drive up a fairly steep dirt road to reach the condo. We rented a car but if you are staying locally you do not need a car. Shout out to Ady and David for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
