Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing against the soft white sand. Take in the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area and 2 private balconies. BBQ on the outdoor stainless steel propane grill, or take a bike ride down the strand to the downtown area full of shopping and restaurants.

Spend a lazy day at the beach, or kick it into high gear, with some surfing or hiking! In the garage, you'll find surfboards, beach chairs, sports equipment, toys for the kids, beach blankets, and many other summer time activities that can be utilized all year around.

Other amenities include high-speed WIFI (1 Gig), two internet connected Smart TVs with all the apps, 2 parking spots (one inside the garage and one on the driveway), and even a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights.

The kitchen comes complete with spices and oils for your everyday cooking needs. Wake up to that fresh cup of coffee at the custom coffee station. This kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, baking items, cookware, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster oven, and a full coffee/tea station with a drip machine and french press available. Fresh ground local coffee starter pack is provided for each guest.

HOUSE RULES:
- Due to fire hazards, we ask that you please do not charge your electric car.
- No parties, smoking, or weapons.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces. Blocking the neighbors driveways or violating city parking rules is expressly prohibited and may result in additional fines.
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries

PETS: No pets are allowed at the property unless explicitly approved by property management. Violations will face up to a $500 penalty.
If a pet is approved, the following rules will apply:
- We ask that you pick up after your pet’s business outside.
- Please wipe their paws when entering the house.
- If you allow your dog on the furniture, please bring a throw blanket from home that they can lay on. We ask that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.
- If your dog is not fully trained, please bring their crate if they need to be left unattended.
- Owners assume responsibility for their pets.
