Review of Fairmont Century City Gold Experience: My stay at Fairmont Century City was exceptional, thanks to the Gold experience. The staff in the Gold lounge was phenomenal, making check-in smooth and providing excellent service throughout. Each morning, I enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and a variety of delicious food options. Room service was top-notch, and the accommodations were luxurious. Overall, Fairmont Century City exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I highly recommend this property!

We were here for a mother daughter trip for a long weekend. The excellent concierge staff through the Fairmont Gold experience were nothing short of amazing. Jacob greeted us upon our arrival and went through all the amenities available. He also helped us with options for transportation and set up a rental car to be delivered onsight for what we needed for the day. He communicated well with Puk, who was the staff for the next day and everything was flawless for our needs. Our room had a sunset view overlooking the pool area—and every detail in the room was thoughtful and comfortable. The front door staff—-attentive and professional ( I wish I remembered each one’s name that was so helpful) with recommendations for activities. Excellent!!!
