Condition needs improvement, good location/size

I've thought a lot about how to review this property. It is in a good location and has a good layout and is spacious. The carpet upstairs and the downstairs rug are absolutely horribly filthy. It's so bad I couldn't believe this is in a rental property. The water pressure is very bad. The sinks and the shower are a slow trickle. The sink upstairs has no hot water and the sink downstairs has no cold water. The furniture, draperies and linens are mediocre. The property management company needs to provide the complete address including apartment number which posed a big problem for us since the property management company doesn't provide a working phone number. I was very embarrassed I had reserved this property for my group. With a few changes this could be a great property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, towels and bedding very fresh. The surrounding areas had excellent bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. There are also many shops close by. The only negative to this property in our opinion was the lack of seating in the lounge. The settee pictured on the website is not in the property, instead a settee which we couldn’t use as too low down, we just sat the dining table (not ideal). There was not enough comfortable seating for the amount of guests able to stay in the house. We had a Quick Look at the roof terrace and it’s in need of a refurb. Purely for the location we would stay again.

Harrods Mews The keyless entry system worked perfectly. The flat was very welcoming with the smell of boiled turnips and wet dog upon entering the front door. Unfortunately the key was the easiest part of the journey. The kitchen greeted us with the mess around the microwave oven complete with disconnected ventilation pipes. The dishwasher was adorned with a beautiful “out of order.” The dining room table was adorned with a feast. The table groves in the wood came complete with crumbs and pieces of food. There was plenty of water damage to the walls to never let you go parched. The exterior windows needed a touch of love from a wrecking ball and little replacement. The WiFi worked well on half of the house. Bedrooms to the left of the staircase received no signal. We proceeded to the upstairs to find the downstairs spiders never went to the second floor. We could only assume they were not pleased with the ants living there. I only have 1500 character limit but the thought is now conveyed. BE WARE What you see isn't what you get. TICKED OFF!
