    The place is big and good and quite near Paddington station. What fails for this place is the water heater which only has hot water for a few seconds before turning cold again. So I have to turn on and turn off and turn off and turn on many times when I bath! When I complained in this, there was reply from CityRelay that they will look into it but they never told me when they will fix it. Then the next day, I came back to the apartment to find that the entrance door was slightly open but no one was inside the apartment. I thought someone had come to fix the water heater but forgot to lock the door. When I checked, the water heater is still not working as it should. I filed another complaint to CityRelay who replied the next day that they will look into it. There was no follow up after that. This place has given me a very bad experience and I will not go back again. I travel a lot and will not recommend this place to anyone.

    No hot water, spotty wifi, partying kids above us smoking in the middle of the night (that flat is also owned by the same landlord from what I understand). The property is run by a management company called City Relay which you don't know until after you book. They strongly prefer that you pick up the keys from their office (located in another part of town) and made it difficult for us to arrange for them to meet us at the property. They eventually moved us to another flat at no extra charge due to the lack of hot water. Positives for the property are that it is beautiful, really comfy bed, over a cool pub and in a great location. Hope the owners sort out their issues as it has potential of being a great place to stay.
