The space
This lovely flat features a spacious living room complete with a desk and two comfortable sofas. The bedroom boasts a cozy double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The well-appointed kitchen includes a dining table, while the bathroom offers a delightful shower and bath combination.

Private entrance, spacious living room, writing desk by the bay window, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ & Mubi. Sonos Speakers in the living room and bedroom ensuring you can play music throughout! Access to a shared garden where Charlie the neighbours' cat is often spotted sunbathing.

Situated in close proximity to Upper Clapton and the picturesque Hackney Marshes, you'll find convenience just a short 5-minute stroll away at Lea Bridge station, providing direct access to Stratford (only 5 minutes away via the Central and Jubilee lines) and Tottenham Hale (accessible via the Victoria Line). Nearby, you'll discover charming new hangouts all within easy walking distance.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys so please be careful with them!

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
