Great location

Our family enjoyed staying at this motel. The little play area was perfect for our granddaughter and the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed walking along the river and walking over to Clark's Bears.

Clean and comfortable

Great place to stay with our family with family friends staying in the adjoining room. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short 2-night stay. The small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and having real dishes and utensils available was a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well (which can make or break a vacation for me). Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Great place

The riverside motel is a great place to stay. It's quiet and clean. Most units have a kitchenette with dishes provided. The location is excellent. Walking distance to a dinner and Clark's bears. There's tons to do in Lincoln in the summer.
