"Villa was lovely. Super clean and well stocked for everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was excellent with fast reply to questions. Pool was beautiful. We opted for it to be heated which really paid off on the colder days. 100% would stay there again "

"This was a great place to stay! We loved the big kitchen, the pool, and that it had a lot of space for kids to spread out and play or just hang out. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer and that there were oranges on the property that we could make fresh orange juice every morning. It was farther from Paphos than we were expecting, but it was worth the drive! "

"I'll start with the positive and move to the less positive First the hotel staff is very good and courteous. The service was good I asked to change a room and they made an effort to change our room. The food is also good. Now to the not so positive the rooms are dated and with old carpeting. There is a smell of mold in the corridors of the hotel. The hotel needs redoing and refurbishing. "

"Beautifully located hotel on a rock with a lovely beach. Nice owners and staff. Good dinner. Breakfast was quite basic. Overall very good value for money. We can definitely recommend it! "

"In general the stay was lovely and the area is quiet, picturesque and the view is fantastic. There are a few restaurant and shops within a 10-15min walk and the town is a short drive away. Stavos the manager was always on hand and attended daily to check the pool. However there were silly little issues that did not spoil the trip but I feel need to be considered, firstly the main house key is also the fob for the the power so every time you go out powers off to the ac and fans, appreciate that we are managing costs but in the summer months when your out for the day it is a little uncomfortable when you first return. Also the property really needs some simple tic to bring it back to a standard against value, actually seal around the windows, refresh the paintwork, modernise the external furniture and if you will charge for ac in the front room let it be on constant and not on a timer where we need to reset it every 2 hours. As I said in general a lovely stay but the home just needs a general makeover but for a quiet idyllic home away from all the hustle of Paphos and protaras it’s ideal. The pool was the best area and a super size for the family. "

"My family and friends (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 under 11) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Minoas. The villa really is lovely with plenty of space.The view is great and the area is really quiet. A car is a must! Negatives;- Charging for air conditioning in the living room seems a bit of a reach considering the price of rental. - The description says there is a safe. If there is one, it’s a very safe safe as nobody could find it!- Whilst there is a bath, there is no bath plug, so you can’t have one! - You can walk to the beach, but it’s 20 minutes by foot. - Overall, the villa is lovely and clean, however it would benefit from a bit of TLC. Some of the lights outside have blown, the pool repairs could do with finishing. The rail closest to the pool is loose. The sun beds are on their way out and could do with replacing. Even with the negatives, we all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! "

"The villa was just fantastic! It had everything we needed. The welcome gifts were a very nice surprise and i thoroughly enjoyed a huge orange each morning during our stay.Location was great with all amenities and beach close by.Any issues were dealt with extremely quickly and the care taker was a very polite, cheerful and helpful young man.A highlight for us were the kittens who lived in the area and practically adopted us, joining us on the veranda whenever we were outside.Only one slight negative was the smell from the ground floor bathroom, but as we rarely used this it was not a particular issue for us.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay "
