Approximately 10-15 minutes from Bluegrass Airport, 15-20 minutes to the University of Kentucky campus, stadium and 20-25 to Rupp Arena, 10-15 minutes from main entrance to Keeneland Race Track Main entrance, 20-25 minutes to downtown Lexington, 10-15 minutes to shopping mall/restaurants located in mall area, 50 minutes from the ARK ENCOUNTER AND CREATION MUSEUM.

Everytime my wife and I come to Lexington to watch the races at Keenland we try to stay here. Place is peaceful, quiet, and joyce is an the best host.

Six day stay
This was the perfect answer to our lodging in Lexington. The apartment was very clean and homey. It had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was safe and we were able to take daily walks. Our hostess was waiting when we arrived and showed us around answering any questions. Not only do we rate this a five star accommodation- we have already reserved it for our next trip in 2025!

The location was perfect-- very nice neighborhood and close to Rupp Arena. The apartment was very clean and homey, and I hope to stay there again the next time we visit Lexington. The owner was precious, very helpful, and even left us chocolates to enjoy. I can't wait to return!

This is a great little place for a student taking intensive classes at Lexington Theological Seminary. Private, quiet, with a desk for homework. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to control the temperature. I was really too hot at night.

Great location
Came to Lexington for Eagles concert at Rupp Arena. Stayed less than 24 hours but everything was great! Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was timely. Hotel prices for the night were over $500 so this place was a bargain! Would definitely return in the future if need arose. Thanks again for everything
