Located just 150 meters from Presidents Beach and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking sea views. Its ideal location will allow you to fully enjoy your seaside vacation.

On the 7th floor of a building with an elevator, it offers a pleasant setting for your stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a furnished balcony with magnificent sea views, and a television. A parking space is reserved with the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in this rental. For your convenience, several options are available for an additional fee: End-of-stay cleaning service (€50 plus €1 per square meter), bed linen rental (€18 per set of sheets and €10 per person for towels), and Wi-Fi box rental (€39 per week).

Un emplacement idéal

Appartement fonctionnel dans une résidence idéalement située aux Sables d'Olonne avec toutes les services à proximité. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La place de parking est très appréciable. Cependant, l'appartement est très désuet et la propreté à notre arrivée gagnerait à être améliorée. (frigo, batterie de cuisine, placards,...). L'ajout d'un lave linge serait intéressant. L'impression générale du séjour reste positive.

Bel environnement mais appartement désuet

Environnement top. Place de parking dans la cour extrêmement pratique. Vue de l’appartement superbe. Dommage que ce dernier soit vieillot, pas très bien entretenu. L’électricité a besoin d’être remise aux normes. Heureusement que le cuisine est plus récente.
