Try the greek restaurant
Nice hotel in centre of Leimen. Close to communications and good restaurant in hotel
This hotel is in dire need of a refit and new furnishings eg, curtains that actually block out light a shower that can be used as a shower a comfy mattress and pillows that don’t feel like you’re sleeping on popcorn!
It was clean. Bedroom was comfortable. It is near the bus station and not that far from the train station. We only saw people at the reception on the very last day. The check-in was weird, because we had to call someone to give us a pin code to open a locker with our key, and I think that should be managed with email or chat, if guests are arriving late in the night. In our room the wifi was inexistent. Not everyone in the reception (when there is someone) speak other than german.
Its great to book a hotel in the very middle of Leimen. Public transport to Heidelberg. Pyblic parking 1 euro/ hour (nights are free).
High quality accommodation.
We had a very short stay here for two nights for a wedding - the staff were lovely and really friendly and helpful. I lost my key and they went above and beyond to help me find it (which we did!). So thankful for all their help! After a full day of travel it was great to find there were a number of restaurants minutes away from the venue. Overall a great stay, and would definitely stay again if we ever visit the area.

We called in advance and the lady on the phone was very friendly and left the key in a locker for us.
We came on high summer and it was 30 degrees outside. The room was cooking inside. It had 2 sections, the section where the bed is had no windows so it was like an oven. They left us a fan so we could ease the warmth a little bit.
The right side of the bed sunk, so we had to put a pillow underneath in order for it to be 'even'.
Behind the hotel there's a Greek restaurant and we came on a Friday evening so we enjoyed the smell and noise of the Greek from the room.
Parking was also challenging because of the people in the restaurant.
I think that the conditions were just not given for us to plenty enjoy our stay that one night.
Hotel is oud.
Hotel is super schoon ,
