23m² STUDIO-CABIN located on the 1st floor, comprising: a cabin in the entrance with two 80 x 200 cm bunk beds for children, a bathroom/shower, and a separate toilet. A living room with a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, espresso machine, dishes, and kitchen utensils. A living room with a 140 x 200 cm fold-out bed, dining area, and flat-screen TV. A 12m² terrace with garden furniture and a south/east-facing awning.
Pleasant Studio-Cabin, suitable for 4 people, close to the beach, marina, and shops. Private condominium parking is closed by an electric gate.

NON-SMOKING accommodation - PETS ALLOWED.
Bed linens and towels are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. (Optional upon request)
