This beautiful villa is located in a quiet yet well-connected residential neighborhood, with all necessary amenities close by. In just a 20 minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the shopping streets, and Cannes' finest restaurants. For those who prefer the convenience of public transport, the bus stop is just a few meters away, offering easy and stress-free travel. This property is therefore the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 1 000 € by card before check-in.

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO TAKE THE GARBAGE BINS OUTSIDE THE VILLA EVERY EVENING. ON THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, THIS STEP IS MANDATORY: FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION OF €150 FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
