The Forge Cottage is a beautifully converted circa 17th century barn, which was once undoubtedly a place for storing sacks of grain when the Watermill was fully employed. Stay in one of the most authentic properties with cob filled walls, exposed beams throughout and a magnificent stable doorway. The wood burner offers a warm heart in winter and the secluded, sheltered, stone walled garden provides the ideal barbecue venue. Hire privately our Hot Tub or Swim Spa for a special luxurious break.

You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Ta Mill is secluded rural hideaway set in a private estate of 45 acres with nature trail to enjoy, wildlife ponds to view alongside a games room with pool, pitch ‘n’ putt and children's outdoor play area. You will find our friendly sheep and alpacas grazing in the fields.

There is ample parking and I will meet you on your arrival date to show you to your cottage.
Other things to note
Book private sessions in our hot tub or swim spa. This is at an additional charge of £25 per session or £100 for 5 sessions (sessions are an hour long, max 4 people at the time). The hot tub is situated in the old waterwheel pit which is less than a minute walk from the cottage. Sit back and relax whilst watching the stars above.
There may be other people staying on site in other accommodation, but you have your own walled garden and patio and will not be disturbed by other guests. We allow dogs in this cottage free of charge. You must bring a dog basket with you and please ensure your pet does not lie on the bedding or soft furnishings. When you exercise your dog, it must be under control and you must clean up after your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. ONLY HOUSE TRAINED PETS ACCEPTED- SORRY NO PUPPIES.
