The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty out the fridge of all perishable items and remove the sheets off the beds and leave them on top as a cleaning lady will be washing these right after your departure.
Please throw away any garbage left in the kitchen and bathrooms that would be appreciated. Please set the AC temperature to 74 before you leave
For the set of keys to the unit as well as garage door entrance and the light controls if you can leave those on the dining room table and lock the main door with the electric lock when departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent Place!

We couldn't have had a better vacation. Deep Sea fishing is excellent the beach is also close by. Walking distance to pretty much to anything. Uber rides are short to Publix, Aldi and a plethora or restaurants. Fantastic location.

Fun in the Sun!

This condo was perfect for us. Easy access to parking, pools and area shopping. Host was wonderful about responding quickly to questions. The Moorings is clean, well kept, and we feel safe with security systems in place.

Wonderful Location

Petar's condo is lovely. It was very comfortable for us with good privacy and wonderful facilities. I had a problem with internet and Petar was extremely responsive in helping get the issue corrected. He could not be a better host! I will definitely try and book my next trip to the area with this property!
