Washer and dryer unit in guest house and gas BBQ outside. 500sf approx. Kitchenette has full size fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave and electric skillet for cooking (no conventional stove/oven). Free wifi, no cable but access to Hulu. Conveniently located near 95 and 10 minutes from PBI airport. Free street parking. Air mattress available upon request.

Ok for short term stay
This property was very nice great location, but not set up for anything longer than a couple of days. We stayed for 2 weeks so had quite a lot of luggage. There is no where to hang your clothes there is a wardrobe in the bedroom but full of owners stuff Christmas tree etc. There was a cupboard with shelves also full of stuff which we emptied to put some clothes in on shelves. There was no kettle and being British do like tea. So bought a kettle and a toaster. There are two mugs for a coffee and the cups are stained. So bought new mugs. I know this property is a reasonable price but only four medium towels there was only a cover on the top of the bed could do with more sheets and pillows. In the picture shows sun beds outside there is a tiny table with 2 chairs. If your a female no where to put on makeup as poor shelving in bathroom. One free standing mirror so sat on floor to do make up. As we are regular visitors to lake worth and rent properties when we stay this was the first property with such poor facilities. We had a great holiday but won’t be going back to the pink house. We did speak to the owner who said no one else had mentioned the problems we experienced but hopefully now they are pointed out he will do something to rectify this. We have family in Florida so the kettle etc we purchased we gave to them. We are going back in September for 4 weeks but will renting some where else.

One of the best spots in Lake Worth
This is a great location if you need quiet and privacy. I do a lot of computer work, so it's very important to me. Everything is close by and very convenient. Good restaurants, sports bars, beach, good bike riding area. Host is accommodating and attentive.

This was exactly what we were looking for , we were in South Florida for 4 days. Prices were extremely reasonable , especially in high season. Spencer was very accommodating and our entire stay was wonderful. Most of the reviews mentioned how clean it was. Add our review to that! We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.
