This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Aina Nalu. We love the rooms and the location. Within blocks to almost everything you need or want to see in Lahaina/ Kaanapali. We didnt even rent a car. Just bikes for riding around.

Beware parking fees and no housekeeping

Great stay, will come again!

Clean hotel, great stay! For the price we paid, it would have been great if parking ($20/day without tax) could be included also. Could have saved us sometime getting to the office and finding someone to pay for parking. Else our stay was great, clean rooms and the washer/dryer was really helpful to renew the towels. Bring your own hairdryer, the one we had didn’t work so well.

This is the third time we have stayed on this property, because we enjoy the grounds and terrific location in downtown Lahaina, but previously we rented from private owners. In the past, the basic supplies were provided for our entire stay. Under Outriggers management, there were limited supplies for a 2-week stay. Parking on location should be included for the price paid, and street parking is sometimes available.

Property location is perfect! Right around the corner from downtown Lahaina. I called about the ac being out in my unit, they said they would go check it out the following day but no one came! To top it off there was roaches in the kitchen.

I liked the location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants but not near a great beach. Still have to drive. Our fridge wasn't working and maintenance fixed/replaced it within a 24 hour period. Unfortunately some of our groceries did not survive the wait for a new fridge.

Room was spacious, but dirty with stains on the walls and furniture. Sofa bed uncomfortable due to springs. Mold on the stone shower walls. Kitchen infested with bugs and cockroaches.

The studio condo was withy. Cockroaches. Dirty used bandaids on floor near table. It smelled so musty. The carpet was so dirty. I would not recommend this place. They did refund mist of our money .

Can use an upgrate to all theis furniture. A broken sofa sleeping bed was provided without prior inspection. My children had to sleet on the floor becuase we could not open the sleeping bed.

When I arrived to the property my room had been given to another person. I was never notified I found out when I was trying to open the door and people started yelling at me.

Comfortable but yet.......

It would be rated higher for first-time Island travelers But when we got there the access code wasn't working to open the door to the room. Customer service needs to improve because we called after hours number provided but after 2 hours of waiting for a call back we ended up calling back and took about 20 minutes to finally get our door open. The room wasn't as advertised with washer and dryer, but all in all quiet, comfortable and close to all the front street stores and eateries.

Despite an excellent location this dysfunctional noisy rabbit warren is barely operating. The contactless check in took 2 frustrating hours (!) because there is no guest services or reception little things like having coffee, sugar or toilet paper replenished are impossible as there is no point of contact. The owners really need to go back to hospitality school learn the basics. For the price it is a farce. I couldn’t recommend this to anyone

Property did not look like the pictures, like others have said, but it was a great place. The room did look like the pics. We stayed in J109 and it was a great room; clean and ample supplies for the week we were there. Pool was awesome. We were close to everything - walking distance. We stayed in Wailea the last time we went, and we enjoyed Lahaina much more. Lots of great snorkeling nearby. Everyone we spoke to at the hot tub lives this property over staying in Wailea, as well. We would definitely stay again. I saw some snooty comments about roaches. Never saw any. Personally, I don’t think they know what roaches look like. I saw bugs outside that resembled something that could be mistaken for them. Great place. You will not be disappointed
