Tres belle propriété avec piscine dans un lotissement très calme près des golfs. Seul bémol sur l'entretien général du bien pas tout à fait en correspondance avec le prix élevé de la location.

Ideal für Urlauber die sich ein eigenes Haus mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück und Pool wünschen, dazu noch Fuß nah zum Golfplatz Reisetipps: Golfer, Wassersportler und Radfahrer kommen hier sicher auf ihre Kosten.Ebenso finden Weinliebhaber hier jede Menge Weingüter mit Führungen und Kostproben!

Die Unterkunft ist i.O. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Aber unbedingt alle Terassenplatten überprüfen und befestigen. Mehrere Platten kippen teilweise bis zu 45°. Wir hatten teilweise starken Regen und konnten feststellen das die Regenrinne / Fallrohre teilweise verstopft sind.Das FH ist gut ausgestattet und das Grundstück macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Reisetipps: Ausflüge nach Arcachon, Cap Ferret, die Hohe Düne aber auch nach Saint Emilion lohnen sich.
