Charming Villa Near Beach with Heated Pool, Wi-Fi, Billiards, and Garage

LA TRANCHE SUR MER, near the lighthouse, in a residential and wooded area close to the beach. Detached villa with a heated swimming pool (8m x 2.5m), closed from October 1st. The living area is located on the raised ground floor opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (0.80m), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room (shower, sink), and a closed mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room and toilet. On the garden level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a toilet, and a shower room. For leisure, there is a large relaxation room with a pool table and home cinema. A large garage and a parking space are also available. Amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer, television, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, crockery.
Location: Ideal for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts, approximately 500m from the beach and 2700m from the town center and shops.
The grounds are wooded and beautifully maintained. A fireplace is provided for decorative purposes. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service available upon reservation for €200. Please provide proof of civil liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Großartiges Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Als leidenschaftliche Köche hat uns die Küche zu 100% überzeugt. Große Vielfalt und Anzahl der Küchenutensilien in sehr guter Qualität. Der Pool ist herrlich! Sowohl unsere Teenager, als auch wir haben ihn reichlich genossen. Größe und Tiefe für Erwachsene ideal. Das ist wirklich ein Pool und kein Planschbecken. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, der Strand selbst herrlich entspannt. Wir hatten Fahrräder geliehen und das Auto stand fast zwei Wochen. Es gibt eine Brotstation in der Nähe. Mit Teenagern sind die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und die eigenen Zimmer inkl. eigenen Badezimmer ein echter, entspannender Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben.
