No laundry facilities, No tour/tickets assistance, No slippers, Blocked Toilet, Difficult to flush the toilet ( I had to hold the lever for a long time), Large leak around the sink, not fixed after 10 days. Very cold tea and coffee at Breakfast, Long hair found in sliced carrot.When I complained they just removed the hair and left the carrot.

The property is centrally located. It is a short walking distance to Bank Negara station. It is also about a 15 minute walk from KLCC mall, and with Mara Mall, and SOGO Mall across the street, shopping is easy. The property is professionally run, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the TV. It loses signal about every 15 minutes. The property Couldn’t fix it.
