This offers good value for money if the price is right. Clean, well equipped, good location. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of wine but we didn’t. Despite this I would stay again.

We were texted the codes beforehand, so we were able to enter the hotel when we arrived late at night. Hotel was immaculate, very clean and tidy. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Ideally situated in the city centre, only an 18min walk to Old Town

This is without doubt an exceptional Apartment Hotel. The quality of the apartment is of the highest standard as is the level of comfortable, the extras provided made it special. The welcome and service from the hotel manager was again exceptional. The location of the property could not be bettered, a short stroll to the heart of the old town. In short, everything was perfect.

Fine location, good service with some negatives

+ good location ten minutes by walk from the central square + good breakfast, wide choice + clean apartment as well as bathroom, except of dirty ventilator - we should receive bottle of wine as Gold members: we got nothing - TV did not work - we had triple room - a small wardrobe in the small single part of apartment would be highly appreciated

Apartaments are a bit used, it should be a bit renovated. It was mentioned that extra wine will be at room, but it was not given. Room could be cleaner. Breakfast is acceptable, but for this price offer is better im other hotels. Generally just ok. Too high price for offered value. Please not promise wine in reservation, when you are not giving it for guests.

Potrebbe essere meglio

Punti a favore: la posizione, struttura silenziosa, camera ampia e comoda, colazione abbondante anche se poco varia. Punti a sfavore: di solito i codici per l’ingresso vengono comunicati via mail in anticipo, invece abbiamo dovuto chiamare dalla reception col cellulare (senza risposta) e poi scrivere su whatsapp, codice inviato non funzionava abbiamo dovuto richiamare e riscrivere più volte per avere il codice nuovo; la prima stanza che ci hanno dato era fredda e sporca (lenzuola), dopo che ci siamo lamentati ce l’hanno cambiata. Anche se abbiamo richiesto le pulizie e il cambio di asciugamani non è stato fatto. La macchina del caffè a colazione per 2 gg ha funzionato parzialmente ed uno non ha funzionato proprio.

Trop de défauts

Le courriel reçu pour accéder à la chambre n'était pas assez précis, car l'accès se faisait sur une cours intérieure, non précisée dans le courriel. Cours intérieure non éclairée la nuit. Personne à la réception pour donner des informations. Le numéro de téléphone laissé à l'accueil sonne dans le vide. Très bonne literie. Chambre très sombre, car uniquement 1 petite fenêtre sur cour intérieure. Je n'ai réussi à allumer la TV que le matin de mon depart; il faut laisser un mode d'emploi. Salle de bain tout en marbre, jolie, mais très dangereuse, quand c'est mouillé par terre, surtout l'interieur sol de douche qui glisse énormément. J'ai failli chuter, et ma femme également. Dans la chambre, il y a des tasses, et des capsultes pour se faire un café... mais pas de machine ?! donc, pas de café. Le plus dérangeant c'est le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain, que l'on ne peut pas arrêter et qui fait un bruit énorme. Difficile de dormir, même en fermant la porte qui donne sur la chambre. En conclusion, très déçu pour le rapport qualité/ prix.

Poderia ser melhor.

Me hospedei na suite 202. As equipes de trabalho: limpeza, check in, café da manhã foram cordiais e atenciosos com todas minhas reivindicações. A localização do hotel é excelente. Infelizmente o hotel tem deficiências: apesar de ser uma suite, o quarto é minúsculo e não tem Tv, apenas na sala, que é grande; o banheiro exala um mau cheiro enorme por falta de sifão no box do banheiro; a programação de tv é restrita com poucos canais em Inglês; o café da manhã é muito simples, às 2 maquinas de café e leite estavam quebradas; para você acessar o imóvel é necessário um codigo que você só recebe após o check in, deveria ser enviado antecipadamente durante a reserva.

Habe mehr erwartet

Kommunikant war sehr anstrengend. Habe über Hotels.com zuerst mit den Hotel kommuniziert, was aber nicht schwach war, weil nur sporadisch eine Antwort kam bis garnicht.. Dann über Telefon, was dann besser funktioniert hat. Die Zimmer waren groß aber nicht schön. Stark abgenutzte Teppiche, es richt staubig, das Sofer und die Vorhänge mit Flecken überseht. Das einzig gute war, dass nach etwas hin und her und Bitten, uns das Hotel eine Frühstück Box gemacht hat, da wir vor 7:00 wieder abreisen mussten. Besonders enttäuscht bin ich, da wir mit einen VIP Status und kostenfreien upgrade es gebucht hatten. Es sollte auch eine Weinflasche bereitstellen. Nichts davon war da.
