Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do ensure that all light and applicance switches are turned off/ unplugged, and all used linen are placed in the laundry hamper.
Lock up by entering code (1239 + LOCK button) then replacing keys in the lock box hanging at Mailbox #4. Randomize lock box code when done.
Replace gate remote on the kitchen counter next to the door, return the walk through key and porch keys to the lock box outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
