The location of this property was great, good walking distance to almost everything. Vacasa was very easy to deal with. The cabin itself was good, clean and comfortable.

Great little cottage in Old Town Key West

Is cottage has three rooms with the bedroom sitting room and a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom with a large shower. Very nice and clean and newly remodeled with a small front patio.

Cute little vacation spot just 1block over from Duval st. Clean and cozy, with everything you could need for an extended stay. The staff checked on us several times over our 4 day stay. That in itself was well appreciated. We are looking forward to another stay already.

It’s convenient but lacks a couple essentials

This place is all about the LOCATION!! Walking distance to EVERYTHING. It’s very clean. Parking was awesome as it was right in front and FREE! However, there are some basic things lacking:There’s nothing to put your shower toiletries in while in shower Bed is very loud. VERY - this has been addressed in other reviews but not fixed AC needs updated as has been stated in other reviewsWiFi issues as stated in other reviews A place to put suitcases would be great as well.

Ideal for a few days in Key West

Nice little property to stay for a few days. As advertised with clean with a comfy bed, plenty of bath towels and a good kitchen. On street parking was a bit tight at times but we always managed to get a space. Wifi was good and available on the porch area but struggled to reach inside, and the AC wasn't the quietest although it wasn't as bad as I though it would be having read some other reviews. If you are after a base for a few days in the Keys it's ideal.

Useless internet. Great location.

Smelled of mold, internet was useless, guest services were infuriating, but you couldn't beat the central location and the full kitchen and bath were good. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I recently stayed at this property and had a generally pleasant experience. The property itself is nice and well-maintained, with a great location that adds to its appeal. The surrounding area is excellent, making it convenient and enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The internet was not working, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, while the property is good overall, it could benefit from having a few more amenities. The bathroom, in particular, could use some improvements to enhance comfort and functionality. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially for its location, but addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Great Location

Roughly half way between the Mallory Square area and Southern Most Point, and only a block over from Duval Street, the property was in a great location. Could walk everywhere. Although a small unit and fairly tight bathroom area, it was all we needed for a two night visit to Key West. As stated in several of the other comments, the bed does creek some, and the A/C unit is a little noisy. But after a long day in Key West the bed was comfortable and the room was cool so we slept well. No unexpected surprises. Would stay again.

Nice spot & good location

Came here to see family & needed a spot that wasn't too expensive, & this place worked perfectly. Notes below. -Felt like a good place for a solo person or couple. -Comfortable bed, A/C worked very well. -Very quiet area. -Really didn't cook on this trip, but the kitchen was set up nicely if I wanted to. -Shower was a bit small but usable. -Wi-Fi was horrible, IF/WHEN it even worked. Luckily I could use my phone as a hotspot. This was an irritant, but not a deal breaker. -Vacasa was very good about sending out emails/texts. I didn't need to contact them for anything.

We had a great experience. Responsive for the most part . I would have rates this as a wonderful experience except for a few things . We asked for a fan because the air barely worked and never got one even though they said they would get something figured out with the air . The bathroom needs a fan on the ceiling or something. The living room air does not reach it . Lastly the bed …. So uncomfortable- it really needs updated. Other than those things it was cute , convenient and clean .

Great location but musty smell and uncomfortable noisy bed

It’s a great location. The island is only a few miles in each direction so most things are well within walking distance. Close to Duval St where everything is happening- shopping, dining, night life. However, the suite smells musty, the bed is uncomfortable and sits on a piece of plywood. Can’t get into bed or turn without it sounding like it’s going to break. The shower is very small- I’m 5’6” and had to stand against the wall in order to be able to wash my armpit! Lol. Bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because it hits the shower. I didn’t use the kitchen but it is pretty good. None of these issues might be a deal breaker for you, but it’s good to know.

Cute Key West Accommodation with Good Location

We enjoyed our short stay! The location was perfect - In a mostly quiet neighborhood but close to Duval Street, so walking to our activities was very convenient. Overall, the unit was clean with added touches such as mini-soap & mini-shampoo, plus some ice trays were ready in the freezer! Great for a hot day. The decor(chest of drawers, bed, & mirror) are rattan which gave a unique & classic "island vibe". Moving around on the bed is very loud due to the type of frame it is on. It wasn't a problem for us. Note for those of you who might have breathing issues: At first glance, the unit seemed worrisome because the A/C unit showed that the filter needed to be cleaned & the smell coming out of the A/C is very musky. There is also a lot of moisture damage, to the inside wall, under the A/C unit. There is some mildew on the grout in the shower(seems like a repair was done, but the wrong grout was used on the patch). With no air-flow to rid the bathroom of moisture, it's unavoidable. This made the unit appear dirty for my first impression. However, upon further exploration, the unit was cleaned with care. The floors, refrigerator, & counters were clean. The A/C unit is noisy(as "window shakers" typically are), but it also helped drown out noises from outside. Public parking is very limited (as stated in the listing), but there seems to be enough parking on the main street a block or two down. Check-in instructions were clear & the host communicated well. I would stay here again.
