The ground floor has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, an open modern kitchen, a dining area for 8 persons and a guest toilet. Another three bedrooms are spread over the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, as well as free wi-fi throughout the house and garden.The outdoor area offers comfortable sun loungers and a quiet island for absolute relaxation. The 40 sqm infinity pool overlooking the sea invites you to jump into the water. A hot water shower is also available by the pool. The covered terrace with adjoining barbecue forms the dining area for 8 people. In addition, the small outdoor kitchen offers a spacious drinks fridge, storage space and a sink with hot and cold water.In the beautifully maintained garden is a children's swing with climbing net, where the youngest guests can pass the time.Youth groups are not allowed.
