Shop 7 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Spångavägen" 5.8 km, railway station "Karlstad" 20 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 495 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (27 hole) 18 km, fishing possibilities 250 m.
"Forsviken", 3-room house 50 m2. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Freezer approx. 50 l. There is a guest house outside the house with very simple beds suitable for 2 younger persons.
