"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. "Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "
