Great Hospitality!

Been there many times and each time was excellent. The puffy queen room type is the best. Room amenities are well -chosen and in high quality. This time for the first time we had a problem at check-in. We guess the employee could not find the right reservation. So we had to pay for the second time(then he paid the money back anyway) no matter our reservation was an extra-self reservation. And he gave a standard room, our reservation was for a puffy queen room. Yet we are sure It was just a confusion due to the system or a name resemblance. So thats okay, he changed the room and paid the money back as soon as we noticed the situation. On the other side It is better to re-check your reservation before you go. Everytime they welcome you and answer your phone in a warm behavior. "Mr Ali" provided late check-out with us. Which was an excellent news for us. Thank you very much for making our vacation better and answering the call in the warmest behavior. Will keep the hotel on our list for the future! Thanks for the great hospitality!

2 gece konakladık.Konum olarak oldukça iyi bir yerde. Otel tasarımı çok sevimli.Teras katı geniş, ferah ve manzara açısından oldukça güzel. Terasta sabah gün doğumunu izleyebilirsiniz. Genel olarak temiz ve düzenli bir otel. Personel güler yüzlü.

Helpful and professional staff. Perfect service.

The second stay and everything was perfect as our first stay. We had the same room which was well cleaned and well decorated. The reception personnel was very kind. I made a non-refundable reservation for the wrong dates and he helped me a lot for changing my reservation. I had to call the hotel at least 3 times in a shift and the person i spoke was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for the great service! Once more!

Puffy Queen Cloud room type has the most comfortable bed compared to other hotels. Everything was designed for comfort. Even slippers. The room was large, you cant find anything dirty or broken. Simply amazing. Thank you for the quality.

Konum cok iyi, otel cok tatli, gayet temiz, calisanlar nazik, tasarim cok tatli, ihtiyac olabilecek hersey dusunulmus, tek negatif ekleyebilecegim duvarlarin ince olmasi. Yan oda veya koridordaki gurultu biraz rahatsiz ediciydi. Bunun disinda harikaydi. Tesekkurler!

Die Dusche war leider ein bisschen undicht sodass sich oft viel Wasser auf dem Boden vor der Dusche befand. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden, ein sehr schönes Zimmer und eine gute Lage. Klein aber fein.
