Behind a gated drive on Isle of Palms, 711 Palm sits on the marsh where the lowcountry meets open water. White oak floors, vaulted shiplap ceilings, and water views run throughout. Out back there's a private pool and fireside terrace, and a boardwalk leads to a covered dock with a waterside bar. Inside, the great room and chef's kitchen open to each other, with a marble island and a long dining table. The primary suite opens to the pool. Charleston is a short drive, the beach minutes away.


House Policies & Important Information

To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and to protect the home, the following policies apply to every reservation.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at all times. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced in accordance with Isle of Palms regulations.

Minimum Rental Age

The primary renter must be at least 26 years of age. Valid government-issued identification may be required prior to check-in.

Events & Parties

Events, parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, weddings, receptions, and similar gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.

Noise

This home is located within a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours must be respected and local noise ordinances are strictly enforced.

Property Care

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay.

Please do not:

* Move indoor furniture outdoors
* Use bath towels at the pool or beach
* Tamper with pool equipment or mechanical systems
* Dispose of food, grease, or inappropriate items in drains
* Smoke anywhere inside the home

Additional cleaning, damage, excessive trash removal, or rule violations may result in additional charges.

Pool & Dock Safety

Guests use the plunge pool and dock at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around water.

Pets

Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

Security

For the safety and security of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.

Weather & Travel Insurance

Reservations are non-refundable outside the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement. Refunds are not provided for weather events, hurricanes, travel delays, airline cancellations, road closures, or other circumstances beyond the owner's control. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Rental Agreement

A signed Rental Agreement will be required prior to check-in. Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.
