What sets this apart from many rentals is that it is a beautiful, secluded mountain home, self-built by my father, a Master Craftsman and woodworker. 12-acre property with/ 1.5 acres of lawns, gardens surrounding the house, and stunning mountain views. Year-round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom woodwork throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows viewing Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! The home was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, and nice grounds. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the owners love the home and take great pride in it. The hot tub is well maintained and got a lot of use! We would stay here again.

Neil and Amanda were fantastic hosts. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing property. The house was perfect to relax, disconnect from the day-to-day, and reconnect to the people that matter. The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Great balance of private and communal spaces. The yard was amazing. Neil and Amanda’s communication was excellent, and the hot tub was in perfect condition. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet family stay!

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful Location & Everything you Need

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were in town for a funeral but the house provided us with a fantastic space to spend time with family, share stories by the fire pit and relax and enjoy meals together while looking at the beautiful scenery. The property has lots of hiking trails and really just everything you will need. Neill was also fantastic!

Great North Conway getaway

Family getaway to Storyland

I recently stayed at this property with my family, a mix of adults and children ages 1-7. We had the best time!! The house was perfect- so much space for everyone to sleep, play etc and everything was very clean. The yard is beautiful and the kids loved running around, exploring and making s’mores! We would definitely visit again.

Great in any season!

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this property. Normally we visit North Conway at the end of June but we decided to take the kids for their first ski trip in February. This house is just as wonderful in the winter as it is in the summer (maybe more)! The kids had a great time snowshoeing around the property and ran into a few small groups of deer. The adults appreciated soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!!!!

Family winter adventures

Our stay at the Osgood House was excellent. The house was very, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in his responses and went above and beyond to answer any questions and provide very helpful information regarding local activities and shopping etc. The entire family, ages 3-67 had an excellent memorable getaway!

Great house. Very clean, beautiful scenery and well appointed. Owner obviously tries to think of everything you'll need, right down to labeled kitchen drawers and extra toiletries in the bathrooms (Having forgotten my toothbrush, it was great to see one provided). We highly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property

Family weekend getaway

Our whole family from great grandparents down to the kids enjoyed an amazing weekend. Neil was so easy to work with. The house is spotless and well stocked. The grounds and views were perfect for pictures and relaxing. Location couldn’t be better. So close to all the attractions of North Conway yet so quiet to retreat back to while relaxing in the hot tub at night. Plenty of room to be together and have your space too. There is a well stocked playroom for little ones to enjoy which was just right for us. We look forward to returning again.

Great get-away

10 Ladies came to the area for a weekend away of shopping and laughs. This home provided a great place, space and atmosphere! We will definitely book again. Neill was easy to work with. The location is perfect just close enough to town but away from neighbors to have privacy. The fire at night was very relaxing and the view was breathtaking! Thanks for the great stay!

Mothers Day Weekend Get Away!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend.

Another great stay

Picture perfect location with all the amenities from home! Thoughtful details, lots of space, and beautiful mountain views made for another memorable family trip.
