Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath downtown townhouse, five minutes from everything! Tastefully decorated and very clean home that's perfect for gathering with family, friends, or co-workers.

We thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including some basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have plenty of extra towels and some other essentials like shampoo/conditioner and make-up remover.

While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do have a gate available for the staircase and a pack-n-play upon request.

We have a no pets, no smoking, and no parties policy. We charge an additional $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are broken.

Located near the desirable Holy Cross neighborhood, Fountain Square, Irvington, and Windsor Park. Only a two-minute walk to the Neidhammer Coffeehouse & Event Center, and Ash and Elm Cider House. The area is highly transitional with rehabbed homes next to vacant homes.
