Rent a room in this peaceful and centrally-located house.

You'll have access to a newly renovated bedroom with door lock, full access to shared living room, bathroom and kitchen should you wish to cook during your stay. The house has the benefit of being on the edge of the local park and there is a Tesco express nearby. A rare, freshly restored Victorian pool with a gym is located at the bottom of the street. Fast wifi throughout the house is provided. The house is also ideally located close to the city centre and Hull university.

This is a private letting with the young owner resident. It was difficult to find: sandwiched between the park and the avenue but the owner had rectified that. Very "Peaceful " as the name suggests. Plenty of buses and within walking distane of the centre of Hull.
