Super quiet, near everything I needed. Not fancy, but clean, convenient and yhe best price in the area. Room is a studio apartment with full kitchen including dishwasher and full size fridge.

It was a very pleasant stay! The staff was very nice especially Eva. It was clean. My only grump was I was neighbors with people that had a dog that barked a lot. Other than that it was a great stay!

Convenient location. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, and when I informed the front desk they charged me a $250 fee and gave me 45 minutes to vacate the room I had booked for a month

What you need for a night.

Was a little worried about isolated location but no problem while I was there. It is generally in a nice area near Galleria just nothing nearby without a car except Home Depot lol. Place itself is not bad and just what you need for a one night stay I would say, my room was clean.

We arrived with a confirmed reservation on Hotels.com only to discover when we arrived that the hotel overbooked guests because it was the NCAA tournament. There was no room for us. We had to scramble to find a new hotel with a baby in tow and in time for a friend’s wedding. Skip this place.

Family visit

Missing comforter for one of the beds, stains on the carpets. Bugs crawling in bathroom and kirchen area. No coffee machine or iron in room. Had to request for them. Not very happy with the stay. I stayed in Dallas Sonseta and was much better overall.

Staff call it ratchet

Can’t check in until 4. Part of hotel is rented out as an extended stay/apartment. Staff is more concerned about what’s on their phone rather than customers. Staff is ok having explicit convos with tenants in the lobby, however wants guests to keep the peace. Not able to get fresh towels after cleaning crew is gone.

Location was good, but it had a horrible smell. AC was difficult to adjust. Additionally, they charged me $75 as soon as I checked in!!! I'm not sure why!? I got a package from expedica for flight and hotel. I shouldn't have to pay any addional fees.

This was the worst ever hotel stay I have ever had at any hotel. They are closing this hotel and making the units into apartments. The staff could care less about anything to do with quality. The room was dirty. Only enough towels for one person. Elevator was broke the entire time. Absolutely stunk the entire time. Bugs. Staff was very lazy

The hotel staff was nice, but the bathroom was dirty! I had to buy wipes from the gas station just to disinfect the place, urine and poop feces were around the area! The shower was ok small mold in the corners though! And the free shampoo body wash and conditioner sample were EMPTY, and the worse for me …. Was only having 2 towels , one was clean but the other had makeup stains on them!

I understand why people stay here because it is in close proximity to those receiving medical treatments. For 2 people staying in the room both beds are in separate rooms which is nice. What I didn't like is when you turn the lights on in the bathroom the floor was covered in roaches. I saw a hair that wasn't mine between the sheets telling me the sheets weren't changed. The receptionist was helpful enough but forgot to activate my keys and I had to go back to tell her they didn't work. Next time I need a procedure in the area I will pass on this place.
