We book for 11 days and left after 1 night. We arrived very late due to flights and on arrival there was no basic washing amenities to have a shower or wash your hands. The floor had a slippery residue. Communication was lacking as I mentioned we would be in late and asked if the checkin process was easy with the response of yes but it wasn't. The unit is located on the opposite side of the building from the visitor carpark so you have to walk a significant way with luggage and no closer parking option. The signage for parking isnt clear and instructions were lacking so you have to find the visitor parking in the building complex and go to the roof top then go down level 2. I would not recommend to anyone.
