    the necessities you need to enjoy life in the mountains. This cabin is the REAL DEAL,
    an authentic Tom Picklesimer log house.

    HEARDLOT Lodge is a spacious two-story Log House in Whiteside Cove, half-way
    between Highlands and Cashiers. Situated on a 5-acre site, this comfortable
    lakefront property directly adjoins the trail-head of the Chattooga Wild and Scenic
    River Trail and the expansive public National Forest lands that extend downstream
    for over fifty miles.
    Hike or fish the famed Chattooga River for miles . . . Picnic or swim at the private
    dock, or at nearby Grimshawes Falls (Cashiers Sliding Rock) . . . Walk to the top of
    breathtaking Whiteside Mountain . . . Worship at the Episcopal Summer Chapel with
    its famous Bluegrass band, just around the corner . . . Photograph the many
    waterfalls in the vicinity . . . Watch the dive-bombing hummingbirds . . . Read a great
    novel . . . Shop unique boutiques and antiques or enjoy outstanding dining in

    5 Bedrooms / 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 10, with 2 queens, 1 full, and 4 twin beds, plus 4
    bonus twins. Large open living/dining area; covered porch. Lakefront dock with grill
    and chiminea. Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer,
    flatscreen TV monitor, DVD player, ceiling fans, fireplace, wood stove, and grill. Air-conditioned
    by nature. High-speed, fiber-optic Internet service and landline
    telephone provided. 500 mbps wi-fi supports your video-streaming app on smart
    TV and wi-fi calling on cell phones. (Regular cable TV and cell phone services are
    unavailable in the Whiteside Cove area.)

    Whiteside Cove, where this lodge is located, is between Highlands and Cashiers and
    is one of the region’s best-kept secrets! Beautiful places, great hiking trails, wild
