Up to three people, along with a beloved pet, can enjoy a comfortable stay in the 53-square-meter space. For the third person, there’s an extra bed available on a sofa bed in the living room. Don’t worry—you won’t have to climb any stairs to reach your holiday home. Unless, of course, you want to. Otherwise, the lift will take you almost right to your apartment door. Whether sunbathing or dining al fresco—if the beach weren’t calling, you’d never want to leave. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating with a sleep function. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Enjoy your meals at the beautiful dining table. You can prepare them on the induction cooktop or in the oven with microwave function in the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary brand-name appliances. A complete set of dishes is also stored in the cabinets. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup afterwards. For lovers of fine wines, the kitchen holds another little highlight. A dedicated wine refrigerator allows you to keep your fine wines at the perfect serving temperature. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom also has access to the balcony. “Under the sea”—that could be the bathroom’s motto. Thanks to the extraordinary wall decor, you’re guaranteed never to get bored here. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with everything you need: a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are also provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. In the garage, double parking space (upper level) number 37 is reserved for you (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m).
