It’s not just its perfect location near the beach, but also its great amenities—including a sauna area (free of charge, open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM)—that make this property so popular. Comfortably furnished 1- to 3-room apartments in both the old and new buildings offer space for up to 4 people and one toddler to relax and unwind. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for a fee. Each apartment (except Apartment 15!) has one parking space available in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, max. car length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t). In addition, the in-house Wi-Fi network can be used free of charge.
