Four people, a toddler up to three years old (in a travel cot), and your beloved four-legged friend will feel so right at home here that you won’t want to go back. The three-room apartment offers every comfort you could imagine, along with state-of-the-art technology and a carefully curated, stylish interior. The spacious, open-concept living-dining room forms the heart of the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light flood inside. A beautiful gas fireplace adds to the cosiness, as do the harmoniously coordinated natural materials—wood and stone. And the waters of the Baltic Sea are always in view. From the 9-square-meter balcony, you’ll enjoy a side view of the sea. Incidentally, the balcony is accessible from all three rooms. In the living room, a comfortable couch is just waiting for you to sink in and relax. A large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system with Bluetooth provide high-quality entertainment. A lovely dining area with two chairs and a bench invites you to enjoy leisurely meals. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which is integrated into the living area. The freestanding kitchen island serves as an ideal room divider. Inside the cabinets, you’ll find a selection of designer tableware. Something you long for most of all on holiday is a restful night’s sleep. In the comfortable box-spring double beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m) in both bedrooms, these dreams become a reality. The pleasant colour scheme and the cosy atmosphere of the interior make it easy for you to unwind. The apartment features two bathrooms. Bathroom #1 is accessible only through one of the two bedrooms. However, both bathrooms are equipped with a large, walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. An absolute highlight also awaits you in the second bathroom: a Finnish sauna. What could be better than ending a relaxing day on holiday with an even more relaxing sauna session? Towels are, of course, provided. The beds will also be made upon your arrival. If you’d like to go online, you can do so via the free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a small utility room with a washer-dryer. In the modern underground car park, parking space No. 3 in the double parking bay on the upper level (max. height 1.90 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
