A cedar hot tub is situated in a very private tranquil part of the section. Please note the hot tub is an additional cost of $30 per night.
This 2-story holiday home offers plenty of space with four bedrooms located on the first floor. The bedrooms are fitted with eco heat panels. Relax indoors in the open plan living area complete with modern furnishings and a great log burner. Enjoy the balcony complete with a BBQ for an easy meal after a day of adventure, followed by a soak in the hot tub.

Local cafes, restaurants, spa treatments, and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa are all within a few minutes walking distance. Venture out for a bushwalk or go off-road for a mountain bike or 4WD tour. For the adrenaline junkies white water rafting or bungy jumping is on the ‘must-do list.

Bedroom configuration: Bedroom one 1 x queen bed, king single bed with a single trundle bed this can be joined together to make a king bed. Bedroom two 1 x queen bed and a cot. Bedroom three 1x queen bed. Bedroom Four 1x double bed and a king single. For additional guests, there is a single foam mattress and a couch that folds flat suitable for one person.

PLEASE NOTE: The loft is situated above the lounge and access to it is a ladder that requires supervision when children are using it.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

NOTE: There are security cameras on the exterior of the house, they are located at the front entrance door and the back balcony door.

MY SISTERS AND I DID A SEWING CHALLANGE AT THIS BOOK A BACH. FOUND IT VERY WARM AND COSY. THE STAIRS ARE STEEP. NICE VIEW AND ENJOYED THE SUNSHINE ON SUNDAY. THANK YOU FOR A PLEASANT WEEKEND STAY.

It's a big and quiet property, good size bedrooms, two bathrooms one upstairs one downstairs, shower space is small, lounge is nice, like the balcony upstairs, has a nice view of the mountains, very warm and comfortable to sleep at night. However, the whole house can be cleaner, bedroom furniture really needs an upgrade or fresh paint over again, kitchen stove was the big problem for us it kept turning off when I were using the oven so we couldn't cook multiple dishes at the same time, it took us over 2 hours to finish cooking that could get done within 45mins, even though we made contact with Amie and she gave us tips regarding the stove, it was still troublesome. Just before we checked out, we had to clean the whole house and put everything back to where they were, that was a bit too much on top of the payment. Overall, it is an interesting experience.

18th birthday trip
Was a great place with large bedrooms and living space. Was very homely and the AC was great during the summer since it is downstairs with all the bedrooms. Close to the town but yet u feel like your in your own secluded area. Was a bit dirty as there was some vomit left on the outside of the upstairs toilet from previous occupants. As well as the vacuumes don’t work very well. But overall was a nice house especially for the very good price

Ok, but won't be back!
Disappointed in the lack of communication from the owner. Can see why the driveway is a challenge for some. No way could we get internet to work or how to get the tv to go. Very frustrating! Living area is upstairs so when in the bedrooms below could hear every footstep. Take fly spray and insect repellant as the midgies were biting!

Beautiful spot, poor communication
A gorgeous family home, spacious, and great views. Unfortunately overshaddowed by poor communication from owner, despite multiple communication to have hot tub available, found this locked up. Attempted to ask multiple times about linen availability, unsuccessfully until i had to ring. Park on the street, the driveway is very short and steep
